With the support of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, an official meeting of representatives of the Korean company KEPID AMSTECH and the top management of JSC "Khmelnytskoblenergo" was held.
Given that KEPID AMSTECH is the leading company in the development and implementation of AMI systems, such cooperation for Ukrainian energy companies is a great opportunity to take advantage of the best experience, get acquainted with advanced technologies and work out the criteria and aspects of the development of electric grids in Ukraine.
Discussion of the technical criteria for constructing SMART GRID, concerning the structural differences between electric grids and their characteristics in Ukraine and Korea, aspects of the implementation of a pilot project in one of the districts of the Khmelnytsky electric grids was finished with the signing of a memorandum of understanding and further cooperation.
So, the companies are ready for cooperation, mutual support through technical assistance, exchange of information and experience in the field of electric power industry. Such interaction will significantly improve in future the quality of electricity services, reduce technological losses of electricity and bring the interaction with consumers to a qualitatively new level.
