The head of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine Serhiy Savchuk had a business visit to Khmelnytsky region. During his visit he had meetings with the head of the State Administration Oleksandr Korniychuk, the head of regional rada Mikhailo Zagorodny, met with reporters and held a seminar on "sharing the experience of the replacing gas with the alternative fuels and the development of renewable energy area."
After the seminar the head of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine Serhiy Savchuk along with top management of PJSC "Khmelnytskoblenergo" visited the reconstructed building of Yarmolyntsi REG and health resort “The Apple Orchard” in Zhylyntsi, Yarmolyntsi region. There he visited the boiler stations operating on solid fuel, including wooden chips and pellets.
"The fact that "Khmelnytskoblenergo" actively cares about gas replacement, and installs boiler stations with solid fuel is very significant, - said S. Savchuk. - Therefore, these examples should be widely promoted."
